Roxy and I met our freshman year and became the best of friends and were inseparable until her death. We were freshman cheerleaders and had so much fun together until her passing. To this day, she left a mark on my life and others who knew her. Her life ended too young and in a tragic way but memories of her are in my heart forever!!!
Everybody liked Roxanne Billiard, she was friendly to all of her classmates, I met her my freshman year and immediately liked her, we talked just about everyday, perhaps a hey how are you doing today or a stop and chat. There was certainly a void in our class after she passed away. I still think about her from time to time and especially when we lose another classmate, friends that we have lost.
