Robert Stow

 Robert Carleton Stow, of Curtice, Ohio passed away on February 8, 2017. He was born on February 21, 1949 to Warren and Isabelle Stow. Robert graduated from Start High School in 1967 and attended the University of Toledo. He worked as a machine repairman for the Dana Corporation and Eaton, retiring in 1996. Robert loved wildlife, nature, dogs, fishing and hunting. He was a member of the Cooley Canal Yacht Club, Toledo Elks Lodge #53, Moose Lodge # 1610 and the Ottawa County Conservation League. Robert was a devoted caregiver to his wife and a loving brother and uncle who will be greatly missed. Robert was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 46 years, Sandra. He is survived by his sister, Susan (Robert) Coburn; niece, Stacey (Ben) Yonce; cousin, Sherry Stow Ryan of Bancroft, Maine. Friends may visit at the Eggleston Meinert & Pavley Funeral Home, Oregon Chapel, 440 S. Coy Rd. on Monday, February 13, 2017 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at noon. Brother George Goodrich will officiate the service. Private interment will take place at Historic Woodlawn Cemetery. Robert was a 50 year member of Ashland Baptist Church and also attended Bono Baptist Church. Very sad to hear about Bob. Went to grade school with Bob, too. He was a big part of our group of grade school friends. I will always remember that he always had a smile on his face. Losing his wife, Sandy, (our classmate,too), was sad enough, now Bob. RIP Bob...you are now happy and with Sandy again๐Ÿ’”๐Ÿ™

Larry Logsdon

Bob, Bill Flahie, Larry Logsdon, Buzz Kowawaic, Tom Boza, were all Friends Back in High School we were all interested in electronics. But after Start H.S. I didn' t see Bob until one of our Reunions.  You will be missed !!
